Who we are

We are a team of engineers, integrators, and operators who took an early bet on AI - back when "AI agent" still raised eyebrows in a meeting. We have been building, breaking, and rebuilding production systems on this technology since well before it had a marketing department, and that lead time is exactly what our clients buy when they work with us. Every production hour we have already paid for is one our clients no longer have to.

We are early adopters by temperament. New tools land in our environment before they land in client work. We read the papers, we run the models, we measure the trade-offs ourselves - that is the only honest way to know what is genuinely production-ready and what is still demo-stage marketing.

And we love what we do. The pace of it, the breadth of it, the chance to shape how a real company actually operates day to day - that is energy, not pressure. Every engagement is a real problem, and a real problem solved well is what gets us out of bed.

Why we do this

Bulgarian business has the talent, the discipline, and the work ethic to compete with the best companies in the world. What it has often lacked is access to the operational layer that turns a strong team into a multiplier - the systems that handle the routine so people can do the work only people can do.

That layer is here now. And we want it in the hands of every team ready to use it - at home and abroad.

We are not interested in importing a foreign template and translating the slides. We build for the way real teams actually work: lean, demanding, customer-facing, allergic to vendor theatre. Either our work makes your team faster, sharper, and more ambitious - or it does not ship.

Helping our clients become more competitive is the mission. Everything else is execution.

    When we accept an engagement, we accept it through to production. We do not take on work we cannot give the attention it deserves.

  • We will not pitch a tech stack you cannot hire for after we leave

    Our job is to make your team stronger, not to lock you into us. The systems we build use mainstream, well-supported technology that any competent in-house engineer can take ownership of. If you ever want to bring the work in-house, you can.

  • We will not promote services we do not run for ourselves

    Every service on this site is one we operate in our own work. We sell what we run. If we have not run it in production, it does not go on the menu.
