Acceptable use

What you may and may not do with this site and the AI assistant on it, and what happens if you do.

Last updated: 01 August 2026

This policy covers this website and the AI assistant on it. It sits alongside our terms of service. If you use this site, it applies to you.

Use it for what it is for

The assistant exists so you can find out what we do and decide whether to talk to us. Asking it hard questions about our work is exactly what it is for, and we would rather you did.

Do not

  • Break the law with it, or use it to plan or carry out anything unlawful.
  • Attack it. No attempts to extract system instructions, override its rules, or make it act outside its purpose. No probing for vulnerabilities without our written consent.
  • Overload it. No automated querying, scraping, or bulk extraction of the site or the assistant. Rate limits apply and are enforced.
  • Impersonate. Do not pose as another person or organisation, and do not submit another person's contact details as your own.
  • Submit other people's personal data, credentials, or confidential material belonging to someone else.
  • Resell it. The assistant is not a service you may pass through to your own users.

What we do about it

  • Requests are rate limited per session and per source.
  • Refused attempts are logged. Repeat sources are blocked automatically for 24 hours, using a salted hash of the IP address rather than the address itself.
  • Serious or persistent abuse can lead to a permanent block and, where appropriate, a report to the relevant authority.

We aim to keep enforcement proportionate. A blocked visitor who believes it was a mistake can write to office@cloudsource.bg and ask us to look again, and we will.

Security research

We welcome it, on one condition: tell us before you publish, not after. Write to office@cloudsource.bg. Coordinated disclosure earns our thanks and public credit where appropriate. Automated scanning without prior agreement is not research, and will be blocked like any other automated load.

Availability

The assistant is not a critical service and we do not promise it will be available. It can be taken down for maintenance, or fail. Where it is unavailable, the contact form and the addresses above still reach us.
