We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or any other third-party analytics product.
Marketing - currently off
We have no marketing cookies in production. If we add any (e.g., for a future paid-ads campaign), the banner will be re-triggered to ask consent and this page will be updated.
Chat-logging - optional, opt-in
If you accept "Save chat conversations" or accept the in-chat "OK to keep a record?" prompt, we persist that conversation to our database for follow-up. This is not strictly a cookie (the consent flag is stored in cs_consent), but the practical effect is: nothing is recorded unless you opt in.
Controlling cookies
- In the banner. Every visit, the banner offers Decline / Customize / Accept all. Customize lets you toggle each category. You can re-open it any time via the "Cookie preferences" / "Бисквитки" link in the footer.
- In your browser. All major browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so for our domain will reset your preferences (you'll see the banner again).
- Withdraw later. Click "Cookie preferences" in the footer at any time to revoke previously-given consent.
Note: declining analytics cookies does not affect your access to anything on the site. The site works identically with or without them.
Third parties - what we don't do
For clarity:
- We don't use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, AdSense, or any Google ads cookie.
- We don't use Facebook Pixel, Conversions API, or any Meta tracking.
- We don't use LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- We don't use HotJar, FullStory, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or any session-recording tool.
- We don't sell, share, or transfer cookie data to third parties for advertising.
