These terms govern your use of cloudsource.bg and any sub-domain we operate (collectively, "the website"). They do not cover specific service engagements - those are separately contracted.

Who we are

CloudSource - a trading name of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a company registered in Bulgaria (EIK [TO FILL]), with registered address at [SOFIA ADDRESS].

Use of the website

You may use this website to read, understand, and enquire about our services. You may not:

• Attempt to disrupt the site (denial of service, vulnerability scanning without prior coordination, etc.).
• Scrape content for the purpose of training a competing AI agency's content model.
• Use our chatbot to attempt prompt-injection, jailbreak, or other security probing without prior agreement.
• Misrepresent yourself when contacting us or using lead-magnet downloads.

If you discover a security issue, please tell us - [email protected] - rather than exploiting it. Coordinated disclosure earns gratitude (and where appropriate, modest bug-bounty acknowledgement).

Intellectual property

• The site's design, code, and content are © CloudSource and licensed under the standard terms below.
• Case studies referencing client systems are published with permission where named, anonymised where not.
• The CloudSource logo + name are not licensed for third-party commercial use.
• Open-source components used on the site (Next.js, Tailwind, Inter, JetBrains Mono, etc.) are governed by their respective licenses.

You may quote up to 200 words of any blog post or published page with attribution + a link back. Beyond that, ask.

Chatbot use

The chatbot on this site is provided as-is. It can make mistakes - both factual ("we offer X service when we don't") and judgment ("you should definitely build this when you shouldn't"). For anything that matters, talk to a human. Treat the chatbot as a useful first-pass, not a binding offer.

We log conversation content only when you opt in via the consent banner or the in-chat prompt. See the Privacy policy for retention.

Lead magnets, ebooks, free tools

When you download a lead magnet (ebook, audit, calculator), you agree we may follow up via email - once with the asset, then occasional related material. Easy unsubscribe in every email. We won't sell your address or transfer it outside the EU.

Service engagements

If you become a client, the terms governing the engagement live in our master services agreement (MSA) and the specific statement of work (SOW). Those documents take precedence over anything here, for that engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted under Bulgarian and EU law, we limit our liability for use of the website (as opposed to a paid engagement) to the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months - which for casual visitors is zero. This is the standard "informational website" limit.

Governing law + jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes will be heard by the competent Sofia courts.

Changes

When we change these terms materially, we update the version + date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the change.
